I’ve been coming to this car wash for approximately 5 years now. The service at the beginning was outstanding. It has tapered off recently. But the last few visits have been great. In everyday business operations accidents will happen. How they are dealt with is what set businesses apart. I took my truck for its regular weekly California hand wash and upon completion noticed an unfamiliar scratch around the steering column. I  documented it and made the staff aware. Brett and Adam took responsibility of the situation and made it to where the scratch was never there. Great group over at CHW Suwanee. Won’t wash our cars anywhere else. California hand wash Johns creek is one of the best car wash places. They do a fabulous job of hand washing the car and their monthly plans are very reasonable if you want to keep your car clean. I spent 100 dollars but they didnt even tell me my car was done when it was done so i waited an extra hour for nothing. I was there for almost 4 hours. Can we please pay attention and not waste customers’ time.
